You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Also, a tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.
We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All our products shipped to EU Member States will be IOSS ready. That means you don't have to pay VAT again or import fee. For buyer from Non-EU Member Countries, all our parcels are shipped via consumer ePackets. Though chance is small, import taxes, VAT, duties, customs fees, and other handling fees may be charged when the parcel arrives at the destination country. Local custom reserve the rights to sample and check product value.
While we are very happy to see normal life starts coming back to our western world fellows, please note that COVID-19 is still hitting Asia hard and particularly in China, where our main warehouse is based. Many shipping companies here prioritize the shipments of emergency and medical equipment/materials. This could mean that our packages may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which may lead to some delays. On our side, we will dispatch your parcel as soon as we can. We hope to have your understanding.
The handling time usually takes about 3 business days to process the shipment detail and then handed over to our shipping partners. The shipping times varies depending on your shipping countries. Typically to Major Europe and US, it usually takes 8 to 14 days after dispatch while the rest of world is around 8 to 21 days.
We provide free shipping to worldwide with purchases equal to or more than US$60. The order less than this amount will be charged a fixed shipping rate of US$5.9.
We do ship worldwide. But in case your country is not reached by our courier, we will inform you right away to make necessary changes to your order or refund your order in full. We do not ship to Russia and Ukraine currently.
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at info@desk-matter.com Please quote your order number (Order #) and provide us with a proof. We understand emailing photos or videos is less convenient nowadays. You can always message us and send us the photo/video via Facebook or Instagram for faster response.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order.
